This course is ideal for Managers who have large teams or manage other managers.

This is an interactive course, using a combination of games, practical tools, inspirational speakers and insights from the world of psychology.


Content



Module One

Day One – Self Awareness

This day is geared towards exploring your individual preferences and the impact you have on those around you. We will use the psychological tool, MBTI to discover your working preferences. There will also be an experiential project to highlight the importance of communication to achieve results in your organisation.

Day Two – Problem Solving

We will be looking at dealing with difficult situations and people. This day is highly interactive with the learning coming from participative games and activities. There will also be a motivational speaker to round off this module and prepare you for the next stage of learning.


Module Two

Day Three – Managing Change

In this session we will examine the impact change has on an organisation. We will look at change from a strategic level, an implementation level and understand how it affects individuals and teams. This day will include some theory about change management along with experiential learning activities.

Day Four – Master Class

On the final day we will be preparing you to go back to the workplace as a confident leader, engaging your team and getting results. We will work on coaching for performance and coaching for unlocking potential. We will also use this opportunity to set small projects to help you transfer the learning from the course back into the workplace.

Day Five – Presentation Day

Half Day

This will be an opportunity for you to get together with the other delegates from the course and share the outcomes from your learning project. It is will also be a fantastic opportunity to rejuvenate relationships and grow your network.
