Business training consultancy based in Leeds

We designed and delivered a performance coaching programme for a utilities company and a construction company. This involved writing scenarios for role play with actors, as well as facilitating sessions with delegates.


The programme was recognised by the delegates as one of the high points of their career development.

Team Development



We worked with the sales-force of a telecommunications company to develop their annual team event. The brief was for everyone to have fun working together. We achieved this by designing a programme that involved everyone and encouraged team performance.
